Mariana Fernandes is the moderator and analyst responsible for every Freshpepper project.
A Social Scientist by training, she has over 20 years of experience in qualitative research applied to marketing and brand strategy. With expertise across more than 50 product and service categories — from cosmetics to agribusiness, from beverages to financial services — she conducts focus groups, in-depth interviews, and ethnographic research with a critical eye and sensitivity to the cultural shifts of Brazilian society. Her postgraduate studies in Foresight and Futures Design deepen her ability to connect present consumer behavior with emerging trends and long-term strategic scenarios.
